Money was okay-but they were not shy to give more responsibility without the pay increase and no prior discussion Client accounts, People on my level and and below were fantastic to work with.
Minpunten
Changed leadership without proper organisation to support change on a person by person basis. Leadership more interested in setting teams and peers against each other - wasn't an environment I wanted to be a part of. Leadership taking certain employee decisions personally, they were unable to keep a professional mindset. Rather see and set people up for failure instead of providing tools to excel. No processes or handover tools set up to support development into new role. Overall last few months with change in management have been toxic. Long hours are expected and boundaries crossed even if OUT OF OFFICE/Annual leave set up .
