Any of these kinds of jokes/comments could be made and accepted, and to stand up to a problematic comment would be much more offensive. Women here cannot move up very much. A large number of the male employees will talk down to female employees. Opinions/ideas from men are much more acknowledged and respected than those coming from women. Valid complaints/issues can be easily dismissed as a sacrifice for the mission of bringing people to Jesus.
