Admittedly, I'm confused by the cons you've listed above as they seem in direct conflict with your pros. Our culture and structure allow for flexibility and growth - it sounds as if you have experienced that and benefited from it. Perhaps I'm missing something. CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.
