Flexible Timing - werkgeversreview Systems Engineer bij CML Microcircuits

People and work/Life balance is very good. Company is open to new ideas if well presented to directors. Recent decision to invest in a CRM and Marketing Automation system was welcomed. New senior directors are ambitious and keen to take the company in a new direction.

Very slow to adapt to new practices and markets. No path to promotion during my employment, although this might change with new management.

Realistically paced deliverables. No undue pressure due to short term planning(or mis-planning) as you often see in other companies.

Not incorporating new practices fast enough in my opinion. More share of the market could have been taken with emphasis on innovation.
