There is room to improve communications

Casual environment and dress code; exposure to very large network, with the opportunity to work with high level people in the industry; a good balance and variety in the nature of work throughout the year; a generous approach to office closings because the organization adheres to all gov't holidays and "closed status" days.

A lot of work for little pay; few, if any, promotion opportunities / essentially no real room for growth; very small staff of only 2-4 employees; a large gap between the Executive Director and the rest of the employees with regard to salary, work load, schedule, autonomy in work projects; very strict schedule / work hours.
