      Some coworkers are great, they made it worth the stay.

      Such a negative and unhealthy office environment. Corporate in Tacoma is not professional. Dress code? Kind of not really. Not family? Not recognized. There's always gossip and people have their headphones in. You receive some training and the person in charge of training is sweet. There are some people who are real monsters. Women to men ratio is 10:1. HR is non existent. Bookkeeping side is chaotic and nobody talks to anyone unless its complaining. Don't expect to have a lot of conversations, just read your email. A majority of the people I spoke to were so passive aggressive. Avoid this place at all cost. It's not worth it.

      It can be pretty chill. Depending on your regional. Most properties are tax credit, which is like.

      Micro managing Directors. Ordering system could use some work. Need more staff per office. Maintenance staff is stretched Uber thin. Upper management and ownership dont care, even a little bit, about the people that run their businesses.
