You’re a number and you’re replaceable. You may even train your replacement. The owners love keeping everyone on eggshells as to whether or not they still have a job to help them “perform.” Policies get changed daily. Servers don’t get cut regardless of how slow it is. There is no communication of changes to staff but you will be yelled at if you were unaware of changes. If they do want to let you go, you’ll probably still work your whole shift just to be fired at the end of it. Ownership loves to sit at home and watch the cameras and all ring ins at the restaurant. If they see something they don’t like they will be on the phone with management within 5 minutes berating them about how they don’t know how to run a restaurant. You’ll get double & triple sat while working parties and then get written up when you forever something. TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC
