Lots of office politics. Don't expect a promotion or raise unless you're besties with your manager. A lot of quality people have left over the years, so the leadership is not what it used to be. The "product" is fundamentally flawed (keeps getting more expensive) and arguably snake oil (just read the Daily Beast article from a few years back) so the people that stick around are the ones that blindly believe they're saving the world despite doing nothing to actually curb emissions.
