Pluspunten
Good environment to get entry level experience. Was able to get the experience I needed to move onto a better opportunity. Environment is friendly, and fun. Staff are easy to get along with. Enjoyed working there for the first part of my employment. Low barriers to entry. I was able to take on more responsibility rapidly. There is room for growth (not much monetarily though which is why career opportunities are overall mediocre).
Minpunten
Poor starting compensation, and salary increases are poor as well. Although given/falling into more responsibility there was not much incentive to excel. Leadership wasn't strong at the top, and in my time they fired the COO who was in reality running the company. They fired them to cut costs. When hiring field personnel, unfortunately the game plan is to not pay them much. This led to ridiculous turnover and affected client service a lot. Operations staff had a very difficult time with issues stemming from volatile field labour; this is caused by low pay. Operations staff would sometimes work 50 hour weeks; although there were some flex days etc.
