If you are russian then you have more chances of being successfull. No pros that I could see.
Minpunten
- Employees have poor work ethics.
- Unless you speak russian, it is hard to perform your job effectively. They don't tell you that upfront.
- Horrendous business practices, lack of transparency and honesty.

Culture always had been very cut throat, you constantly would fear for your job and this would impact your decision making as you take on new roles. You are expected to wear many hats and pick up the slack from the apparent lack of resources. Leadership decisions often were short-sighted. Compensation was less than competitive and complicated to receive accurate commission. You are at the mercy of your assigned territory and teams. Was part of mass layoffs, despite being told that performance was strong. Shady termination process as benefits were cut a month before termination with no warning (and despite having been deducted from paychecks for the last month of employment).
