Management not really involved with pilot or on the ground operations I.e. after initial training you have very little interaction outside of your dispatch personnel and the occasional message from your supervisor. Payroll never correctly done and had to be corrected every two weeks this eventually was fixed, no benefits as an employee pilot here you get a wage and a 401k program you can contribute to (it’s just a vanguard index fund go do it yourself easier), weird working hours, not enough pay or hours, outsourced US biased jobs, very little room for error or tech issues that stop you from doing work. A rather quiet work environment (you sit in a call for six hours and barely talk to your coworkers) over all it’s a dystopia company. Very little room for advancement they began to downsize our hours to just 21 hours a week,at this point their was little meaning to continue to work for the company. My first time working for a start up and will be my last time I will work for a start up.
