Those leading others have zero idea what the hired's job description "is" or requires to be succesful because they've never done the work nor do they understand the time management required. They didn't even know how to read Analytics or calculate an ROI. They know web platforms but Digital Marketing/Paid Advertising should be farmed out elsewhere. They hire you to clean up a few accounts and proposals and then let you go so they don't have to pay your salary.
