I have been with Compass Tech as a Technical Recruiter coming up on a year and a half now, and have gained great experience and a new found focus for attacking each day with a sense of urgency. Anna and Rich have created a culture that is a friendly environment for everyone, but a culture that encourages hard work and getting results! They have a team of leaders under them (Jojo, Tim, and Sean) that are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you would have as an employee and are crucial to the success of this company. I have developed personal skills that I will carry on with me for life and am extremely grateful for the opportunity to work here and would recommend anyone interested to look into to joining the team!
