They asked employees to work Monday-Friday and have meetings with the colleagues in China on Sundays, because of the time difference. Namely, only Saturday is free.

They don't allow employees to have vocations or sick days for the first two years, and only 5 days per year after 2 years employment. They don't provide any insurance benefit. Employees are asked to write daily report, which is very stressful. They are not reliable, they don't usually sponsor H1B even though promised.

Attractive salary and the colleagues are nice.

- Toxic environment: Daily report, modification of the contract all the time (vacation, teleworking, condition to get full salary, minimum time one should spend on the phone with clients, etc...), paid by commissions without details of the calculation, poor communication, contract of minimum 2 years (else liquidated damages). - Nobody welcomed me on the first day and explained my tasks, and I didn't receive proper and clear training. - I was hired to do research but I only did sales. - No internal database: a task a single person could do requires a lot of intermediates: extremely non-efficient system. - Some of the employees don't seem to know well their field of expertise (maybe due to the lack of training).
