Minpunten
- The one "con" is that employee's not in Australia (where the company is based) are not technically employees, and are essentially contractors. This is not a job security issue, but moreover a year-end tax snafu. Not necessarily a con, as you're expected to set aside your own taxes for year-end payment, but simply something to be aware of.
