The product works seamlessly, reputable tech in the industry, and a non-stop influx of warm, inbound leads. Your day will be busy, and no day will be the same. Everyone on the team is intelligent, hard working, and supportive. There's no scary bosses and no 'hierarchy', so to speak- everyone is treated with the same respect, regardless of tenure. Most of the company has worked at Creative Force for longer than 3 years, including sales. 'High turn over' is not a phrase associated with Creative Force. Long standing salespeople indicates great culture, great clients, great pay, and a great product to sell. As a sales person, there's no high-pressure sales tactics necessary, no unachievable quota to hit, and everyone on the team is in the loop. Speaking of in the loop- this is a fully transparent company, internally and externally. The CEO, Richard, founded Award Force 10 years ago, growing the company to what it is today with no external investment. This way, there is no rush to IPO and sell, management prioritises their people, their product, and their clients over making a quick buck. What's more, everyone on the team has input to prospective decisions and the business very much operates as a team. After three months at Creative Force, the company sends you the newest MacBook Pro models and equipment to work on. You are trusted to get the work done, and your achievements and ideas are celebrated and recognised- pay increases are frequent and generous. Honestly.. there are little to no cons.. If you're someone that needs to visit an office occasionally, then the flexible, remote work might not be for you. The closest you will get to an office is the nearest co-working space! There is no commission structure, which is actually more of a pro than a con; no fighting over inbound leads, no bias or favouritism, total transparency. At the end of the year, everyone on the team is rewarded with a bonus. If you can only sell on the premise of a personal commission payout, then this line of sales may not be for you.
