Good base salary, if you negotiate for it. Mine was 50K plus... They let you recruit and have decent job orders for you to recruit. Easily closable positions if you are a decent recruiter. Not a lot of b.s. from management if do your job. Known to be a body-shop, they have set up an outsourcing initiative in India that does agile development for them and also have an in-house initiative that takes care of their development needs. They are big on cutting edge technology and are a place where you could feasibly make 60k your first year.

They have a finger pointing culture that kicks into action when you show success. Senior management in Cyber Korp will see success in recruiters and ask the other recruiters why they are not performing as well. This causes a huge backlash amongst the recruiting staff, you are monetarily rewarded for success but not supported by management to limit the complaining and rumor milling. Internal placement recruiting for their agile development center is non compensible toward your comissions. They will usually find a way to try to limit your comissions and you will find yourself working for your base salary only. Their sales staff when in worked there was really sub-par and required the recruiters to do the majority of the work to bring in better job orders. They don't usually let their employees, in the development center, take a lunch and this has gotten them into trouble in the past. They tend to minimize complaints by ignoring them and hoping that they will go away. Benefits for health and dental are really sub-par and usually need someother supplemental insurance.
