Awful CEO. Completely clueless. toxic employee culture and dress code is only enforced on males. C-suite and directors do not speak with the peasants aka normal individual contributors. People who have worked with the company quite some time cant see how weird and toxic the culture truly is and become part of it. Do you like candy or pizza? Its a VISA H1-B abuser, as you will find some employees barely speak english. Much of the trainng you will create is for CXO agents from poor countries like the phillipines and south africa and south america. You'll be told to write at a 5th grade level, because your target audience's english is poor. I worried more about offending my coworkers with PG language than i did about doing the job. Truly stuck in the cancel culture phase, and nobody seems to have the strength to tell people to stop being ridiculous. Interview process is insane and they make you take a litany of tests. It makes no sense how many tests you take to end up not getting paid a competitive wage.
