Pluspunten

Good technology and products, still a lot of talented, smart, motivated people. Little or no politics. Wide range of technologies to learn (for an engineer). Interesting products in media space, lots of opportunity for innovation.

Minpunten

Poor benefits. Parent company (Echostar) doesn't understand (more accurately doesn't care) how to motivate and retain key talent in the Valley. Closing window of opportunity for core placeshifting product, industry is quickly transitioning to OTT video.
