As a consultancy, the workload can vary but there are always different activities to be involved in.

Some years ago, one could say working with many talented and experienced colleagues is great but not anymore, majority have left and replaced by new graduates - which is fine. The company has become a great starting place for fresh graduates, not sure how this will impact the customers and the projects; how the missing expertise will translate into supporting customers with complex projects!

Management lacks vision and transparency. No clear path for career development. Toxic work culture with high staff turnover and favouritism is rampant.
