Management is a revolving door, corporate doesn’t care about employees at any level. Employees are seen as a number rather than a person. Micromanaging and often negative remarks, comments and overall working conditions are gloom within the company itself. Employees have to beg for simple needs that are necessary and or essential for props, stage, sound, lighting and even safety. Almost nothing is up to code or Osha standards.
