Poor management - the C levels don’t seem to care about employee development or growth. Pay is WAY below industry standards, and what they promised in terms of bonuses is nothing substantial. There is a huge divide between the Chinese speaking and English departments, and lack of transparency in the company as a whole. If you are not at a management level, then expect to have no say in decision making, and only receive word of things last minute. Employee Turn over is also extremely high. This says something about the Career outlook, as people start looking for new opportunities as soon as they can.
