I met some amazing people while working here, and SOME of the aspects of my job were great.

Minpunten

You are not empowered at all. At this location you have to fall in line to the person in charge no matter what thoughts or expertise you have. I will say our corporate was very helpful in certain situations, but nothing ever seemed to change. No one was held accountable for their very immoral actions which led to so many employees being treated terribly, and eventually leaving.

This is a great place to lay the ground for industry knowledge and learn the jewelry business. Employee discount and autonomy, they will give youths tools to be successful and build a great client book without micro managing you. They trust you and are they to support closing.

Minpunten

Crabs in the bucket team mentality. The draw salary brings out the worst amongst co-workers. Unclean and disorganized store. Dishonest selling story telling. Expect to work long hours!
