I've been here now for over 4.5 years and in that time we've endured a significant amount of ups and down, however, the company has always came out the other side stronger. There has been some difficult decisions made, ones which at the time were a bitter pill to swallow, however it was all for the greater good and looking back, given the amount of other local consultancy's that no longer exist, I think the right decisions were made. The company seems to be going from strength to strength and I am glad I am a part of it.
