Company is looking for investor money and can't keep promises to reps regarding commission because they are not funded. Company can't keep promises to doctors either. GREAT CONCEPT, POOR EXECUTION. Owner took out a personal loan, does not have money to pay for advertising nor a LIVING WAGE to reps. Checks to employees have bounced in the past. Everything is built on promises - making money long term. Don't drink the Kool Aid!
