While our Executive Assistants set their own working schedules, our guidelines state that executives can expect their assistants to acknowledge new messages/requests within 2 hours during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. We always strive to provide competitive compensation to all EAs, in all areas, and in reflection of their years of experience. Additionally, we believe all EAs who partner with Double should be compensated for every minute they are working with an executive, receiving training, or supporting the Double Team with testing out new features.
