The account manager engagement is amazing. You really feel like you are a part of a family. They actually listen to your requests and go above and beyond to meet those needs. The compensation is fair, and they are always a phone call away.

Every employee is fully remote and the company provides the technology.

There are no annual cost of living increases and they give raises sporadically so that your salary cannot keep up with inflation. Health insurance premiums are very high and management will reprimand you if they feel you are not dropping everything that you are doing in order to help another employee, even if you have a full workload.
