The only con was my contract was over but in lasted 2 years. So all is great!

Pluspunten
It was a big school in Thailand so there were plenty of students to teach and the school was organized enough to know exactly how to do that effectively. Very little actual outside classroom work to do, and plenty of vacation time.
Minpunten
Students' level is a lot lower than a lot of other schools in Thailand which gets frustrating. The school itself is also in the middle of a small town on a busy road.
