I worked in EGS from 2004-2006. Proper training was provided and was supported in getting right certifications in 3D CAD software Solidworks. Company always believed and practiced understanding customer challenges and providing respective solutions using 3D CAD/FEA Software. Experienced seniors were there to support and guide at every step. Promoter was personally involved in grooming the entire sales, technical support and project team.
