Pluspunten
One of the rare companies with a working culture, everyone is on the same page and working to grow the product and company. A company that makes room for different approaches and champions the good ones.
Location (Santana Row) is awesome, really the best (defacto) company cafeteria ever and an awesome place to be at when your day is over.
The product is already strides ahead of it's competitors, has a large amount of interest and can still only get better.
Minpunten
It is a start up, so as another review mentioned the pace is pretty hectic sometimes. I don't view that as much of a negative, but may not be for everyone.
