friendly colleagues are about the only redeeming quality of the company. other than the fact you are helping cancer patients get treated that is.

Minpunten

way to many vp's. way too many managers. and way to many of both are useless. people put in leadership positions over people that they don't even understand the person's job. pay really sucks. definitely don't pay you what you are worth. it has all become about the bottom line.

Good products and good mission to cure cancer. It used to have good work-life balance, good working culture but not anymore.

Minpunten

Constant re-orgs and lay off for cost cutting. No direction for the company on the senior management side. Current employees are in fear when they'd hit next. The company does not have bonus or RSUs, nor the most competetive salary, the only good part was work culture and stability and now thats also gone. Why would anyone join the company?
