Pluspunten
The training and support has been excellent since I started. It has enabled me to grow throughout my time here with constant support from all levels within the business. The whole team is warm and welcoming making the workplace an enjoyable place to come every day. There are travel possibilities within the company with employees of all levels going to offices, clients and events across the globe. I have been on multiple trips within my first year which has enabled me to develop different skills and I have loved every opportunity presented to me. Finally the company only promotes from internally and is on growth trajectory which allows fast progression to the next role. This has not only motivated me but combined with the support I have received makes me feel valuable and able to further my career in a competitive industry.

Sales can be stressful which is not something that changes company to company but in terms of Engagetech I don't really have anything negative to say. I have been stressed at times but the company have been there throughout providing whatever I have asked for in able to help me fulfill my aspirations within the role.
