Employer send a Employee on the joining date, where is the corporate ethic Hi friends this incidence happend to me very recently in a organisation by name Eventure Technology, Bangalore HQ for HR position. I had this entire interview process for weeks together with initial telephonic round followed by personal interview and final discussion with GM HR. all the round went on well and they offered for my position which i had applied. Later part is what the melodrama started on the joining date I had asked to carry all the required documents for the record with the reference check. Story starts here, i wanted to know bit more on the salary break up as their where only two split in CTC one was Basic and rest calculation on the same PF, Gratuity and PT deduction my Basic was more then my take home, i asked them how its possible can u explain this became a huge issue as I had to walk of their premises on the joining date. How can the do to any employee on the date of join to say go back. GM was least bothered to talk F2F on the same issue, I tried to convince the executive saying just need the info or else nothing to do with it. I am fine what ever u have offered and i am ready to work on the same as i had long break in my carrier even having 4yrs of exp prior (break was valid as i was upbringing my kid). no one was ready to here me at that moment just for this small issue i lost the opportunity. Now my question is asking the split up is a behavioral attitude.
