-Leadership can get very busy, juggling a lot of priorities -Employees aren't always totally in tune with what leadership is doing to address challenges -Need to get better at taking time to celebrate successes -Right now we're lacking visibility into all our different roles and responsibilities at the agency. We have a lot of specialized experts and it can be confusing at times to know who is in charge of what or who needs to be involved in a project.

Exposure to multiple clients and the chance to learn different aspects of the business. Creative and talented colleagues who care about their work. Flexible remote/hybrid work options help with day-to-day balance. Very nice people and incredibly smart colleagues.

Minpunten

Major disconnect between leadership and the teams. High workload and fast pace can lead to burnout, especially during peak periods. Instead of taking accountability, leadership blames the employees, which leads to many unhappy employees that tend to take it out on others. Benefits and perks are poor compared to other agencies. Compensation is typically 20-30% below true market value. Career growth paths are not clearly defined, which can cause stagnation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Creating an environment where no one feels stretched too thin is essential to us, and it’s something we continue to focus on as we grow. The last couple of years have been a time of both growth and change for us, and this means we need to evolve how we work. We’re making several key changes, including adding senior roles in operations and finance, and adopting new tools to help with resourcing and workload planning, all aimed at creating more balance and stability for our team.
