Company is small and has a flat structure, so it's easy to step up and learn new skills and roles. There are always ways to be challenged. Using cutting-edge tech is fun. You don't work on the same product/tech every day for years (what I did previously) which is a huge plus. Work life balance is great.

Minpunten

Flat structure and small business means there's not much room to move up. If you don't want to wear multiple hats, learn new skills, or are looking to coast, it's probably not a good fit for you.
