The CEO lacks empathy and would rather deal with consistent turnover than pay his employees fairly. Management was inconsistent. You are consisitly thrown to the wolves of the customers who feel they were scammed. Lack of security- I had to share a hotel room with a customer whom I just met. Employees also have had to share beds with each other on trips instead of getting their own room. Just so many not normal things.
