There is incredible flexibility, and you can work with some very interesting people as well as plan your work around other freelance work.

There is virtually NO support whatsoever, the company has completely downsized, the remaining staff are reluctant to speak to people on the phone, salaries are exploitative for freelancers and there are virtually no clients to help . You feel completely left on your own without support and left to deal with sometimes incredibly difficult clients. You never meet other members of the team and are working in isolation almost always .
