The environment is safe and very community-based without feeling forced. You will be welcomed here, customer or employee.

Minpunten

Corporate does not pay employees enough, recently introduced a nonsensical commission setup, and will not back up their employees despite employees enforcing rules that corporate has made. They will not have your back, but the managers will.

Not a very large company, combined with post covid sales drops means salary budgets can be tight.

This is such a rewarding industry to work in and the company makes a good effort to ensure staff are knowledgeable and trained. I also loooved having the opportunity to attend trainings/demos with product suppliers.

Minpunten

Upper management willfully and callously overloads managers. I have never been stretched so thin in any other job.
