Pluspunten
Nice upbeat atmosphere, great approachable managers, fun work environment. They have an interesting system where you can progress to own your own business rapidly. The system is nice in theory, but the reality is just awful. If you can tolerate the ridiculous pay, high stress, long hours, being cat called and grabbed by your Walmart customers, and sell stuff, then this is a good opportunity. No, I am not being sarcastic.
Minpunten
Draw pay is insulting, no gas reimbursement, no benefits, lied to during interview about pay, general vibe of desperation in the office. You get about three days of training, then you are more or less expected to start selling stuff, like guys, I just got here. During training, I had my trainers try to steal a sale on about two occasions, when I simply brought them in to ask a question. I got the impression that trainers where more interested in making a sale, even if it meant stealing mine, than training me. I doubt they did this intentionally though. The guys in the office are all nice, but the pressure to sell is just too much, and you have to sell a lot to make a decent living, as the commissions offered but the client is low.
