We are one big happy family! We work hard and we play hard. I will say this...we have the most wonderful owner, with the biggest heart! There is nothing he wouldn't do to help someone. No cons as it pertains to Flex Tech! Trying to help people who sometimes don't want to help themselves. Being in staffing is quite challenging these days! We have the jobs....just need people that truly want to work and show up on time! That's the only con, and it's not about Flex Tech, its about the industry.

Working 12 hours shifts, standing for long time and lifting heavy hoses, Very old building, equipment, etc. PPE is scattered and hard to find. The whole company in San Macros needs an upgrade along with the building, safety measures, and more ambition to train employees better.
