Chance to make a lasting impact wherever you go - your job is to make change. 6. Very responsive program head - she takes us seriously and is a great resource. 7. IGNITE Conference - a chance to make lasting business and personal friendships, talk and dine among leadership (CEO's, Presidents, VP's, HR leaders, etc.), develop leadership skills, and have fun. 8. Back to good people - the IGNITE engineers you'll meet in each rotation become your family.

Minpunten

1. Some sites use us as free labor since we're salaried and fresh out of college. On the flip side, you accidentally become an expert in certain areas. 2. Some managers can be better leaders - be more present and proactive.
