I’ve been with Forge Apollo for a few years and it’s been an invaluable experience to grow professionally with the company. Emphasis on education ensures that each employee is always learning the newest techniques and strategies to better themselves and success for clients. Our team is small, but we work together and trust that everyone applies maximum effort daily to reach deadlines. The work environment is friendly and inviting, making collaboration on projects fun. There’s opportunity to implement a variety of skills/interests within the company as we’re constantly innovating.

Day-to-day expectations require independence and a self-discipline. It works for some, but not all. Managers trust you to get your work done complete and in a timely manner, so being efficient and orangized is key in our fast-paces environment. Sometimes late nights and weekend are required, but the satisfaction is always worth it in the end.
