Pluspunten
The people and leadership are second to none. Having "lived" through some challenging environments of late, getting here was a breath of fresh air as your work and insights feel valued. The product has sold itself for years, meaning the opportunity for growth is REAL as we look to expand our motions and become a truly multi-product platform.
The office(s) are great, and I genuinely look forward to coming into the office daily. And the additional perks (annual-ish company retreats, post-work get-togethers, quarterly events) added to the benefits package make this a very appealing place.
Minpunten
I hate when people say "none that I can think of", so I'll add a couple here and there for balance. :-)
- the multi-geo offices and being HQ'd in Sweden can sometimes pose challenges in a GSD attitude required for success and scale. Time difference alone leads to some of these challenges
- the sales org is undergoing a transition from more of an "inbound" culture that tends to be transactional, to a bit more "outbound" and consultative. Change management on that front could prove hard
- In-office: while I love it, it's a pretty strict 4-day-a-week policy, and that's not for everyone
