10yFuturex encourages employee participation on Glassdoor but have never directed an employee to post a review. We strongly adhere to the rules of the Glassdoor community. We are proud that our employees are the only reason why our company has been named one of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work for seven years in a row based on a completely independent and anonymous survey given to our employees each year. We have deeply dedicated employees who work with some of the most sophisticated technology in the world and have many other options for employment. Futurex has enjoyed double-digit growth for over five consecutive years, strong profitability, expansion in the international markets, and enterprise level adoption of our new cloud service VirtuCrypt.
As a result of our growth we have dramatically increased our hiring and are recruiting in all departments. Unfortunately, because of the complexity of encryption technology and our corporate pace, we occasionally lose staff and some use Glassdoor to disparage our company after they leave. We encourage interested applicants to compare the comments in all Glassdoor postings with the actual opinions of current employees during the interview process. We are confident the perspective will be much different from a member of our team who is performing their job and enjoys working for a successful company with best perks and benefits in the industry.
The comments in this post are written in such a way to cast doubt upon every positive review and give purpose to each negative review and are without merit. In keeping with the guidelines established by the Glassdoor community, we will not comment further other than to highlight there is a common theme to this negative review that defies logic and common sense given the company’s success and depth of tenured and talented employees. We regret that this individual chose to use the anonymity of Glassdoor to author misleading and hurtful comments about our company. However, we understand that a disgruntled employee can post false reviews using alias accounts against any employer they want to disparage. As a company, we focus on the independent survey of our staff each year and the acknowledgements we receive from the business community and industry which are quantifiable, tangible, and objective.
