In my case, a senior employee named Vishnu often pressured me about delayed tasks but could not clearly explain the requirements, which caused confusion. Requests for team change were not considered by HR. Several interns were removed after the internship period with reasons that did not seem justified. Overall environment does not strongly support learning or employee growth.
