- Pretty good work life balance - Colleagues are great

Minpunten

- Lacks communication among leadership to employees. - Continually strips benefits among employees (changed restaurant catered lunches to frozen inhouse meals, then removed lunches altogether, removed phone benefits, was 2 days in office, then 3, and now 4). - No growth in this company, especially if you're an associate. They removed their old structure, and there are rarely any new opportunities for promotions now. - Terrible at retaining talent

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

Minpunten

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
