Pluspunten
-timely support from the management -call volume is varied. When I first started, it was heavy. Now a little less. However, I am hopeful that they would be expanding and contracting with new clients in the near future. So I am expecting a steady call volume. -flexibility, not committed to any strict schedules.
Minpunten
The pay is low compared to other telephonic interpreter companies in the industry. They don't even bump in up for interpreters with a lot of experience in the field.
