Very stable company. Work environment is fine, though in the latest years and due to fail in generating expected finantial results the pressure as increased a little.

Minpunten

Difficult to make a career at a local level in overseas branches. As the company is not growing there is a lack of opportunities for promotion in a LOC as there is no much turn over and no new positions are generated

Lots of Reorganizations. Constant changing to Ways of Working. Tough to build consistent accelerated projects with continual change in management and software implementations.
