I cherish the time I spent in GWF Thessaloniki. The software team had an excellent dynamic and the people were great to work with. The manager was always looking out for the well-being of everyone and proudly celebrated our successes. The projects were interesting and impactful, and the technology stack is modern. There is freedom to experiment and propose new technologies.

Minpunten

- Definite culture difference between departments in different countries (which seemed to be improving). - Unnecessary return to office mandate (from 1-2 times a month to once a week) - Product direction often influenced by other departments
