Managing director is highly passive aggressive, with extremely poor communication skills, and does not consider or attempt to obtain other's views. Bullying and dishonest - not at all Buddhist. They hire talented people with proven track records, block them from doing the work they were hired to do, and then accuse them of not doing their jobs. This is a repeated pattern. Highly dysfunctional. Unstable. Bleak outlook for this struggling organization. Do not quit a stable job to come here. Talk to people who have left.
